Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive business growth. You will oversee all marketing strategies, optimize campaigns, and enhance our brand presence. Your role will be crucial in navigating consumer trends, managing marketing investments, and leading a dynamic marketing team to achieve our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel-specific growth strategies.
- Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts, focusing on increasing LTV.
- Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and ROMI.
- Create and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Foster a collaborative marketing culture and provide leadership to the team.
- Collaborate with product teams for improvements, updates, and R&D initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth and margin improvement through targeted marketing efforts.
- Monitor and optimize product performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
