Role Summary

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing & Social Media Associate to accelerate growth across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, email, affiliates, and Shopify content. This is a hands-on, execution-first role that blends creative experimentation with AI-powered scale.

You’ll be responsible for growing social audiences, optimizing TikTok Shop, activating affiliates, and ensuring our content engine consistently drives traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & TikTok Shop
  • Manage organic content calendars for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop product listings and optimization.
  • Engage with communities (DMs, comments, mentions) to build customer trust.
  • Collaborate with creatives to produce trend-driven TikTok content.

Influencer & Affiliate Outreach
  • Identify and onboard influencers, affiliates, and blog partners.
  • Coordinate product seeding, campaigns, and content deliverables.
  • Launch and manage affiliate relationships, including commission campaigns (CC campaigns) and performance tracking.

Email Marketing & Post-Purchase Flows
  • Build and optimize AI-personalized campaigns, newsletters, and post-purchase sequences (thank-you, upsell, retention).
  • Partner with the creative team on copy and assets.
  • Use AI-driven testing to improve personalization, CTRs, and repeat-purchase uplift.

Shopify Blog & Content
  • Manage automated publishing of SEO-driven blogs on Shopify.
  • Repurpose blog content into AI-generated posts for social and email.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and drives measurable traffic.

Who You Are

  • 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or ecommerce marketing.
  • Proven experience with TikTok content and/or TikTok Shop.
  • Familiarity with Meta (Facebook, Instagram) publishing tools.
  • Skilled in email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Comfortable with Shopify CMS/blog publishing.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. consumer markets.
  • Curious, organized, and execution-focused — you thrive on making things happen.
  • Excited to learn and embrace AI-powered workflows.

Success Criteria

Social Media & TikTok Shop Impact

  • Grow TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook audiences by 15% MoM in followers and engagement, driven by trend-driven, AI-assisted content.
  • Fully optimize all core TikTok Shop products within 60 days, with a 15% MoM increase in TikTok-attributed sales.
  • Deliver viral breakout content (≥100k views) at least once per quarter through trend adaptation and AI-driven testing.

Content Velocity & Traffic Growth

  • Maintain automated publishing of 2+ SEO-driven blogs per day, with ≥50% organic traffic growth within 6 months.
  • Achieve top 3 Google rankings for 25+ new target keywords in 12 months, tracked via SEMrush.
  • Repurpose blogs into AI-generated social posts and emails within 24 hours, with ≥90% automation (minimal manual edits).

Affiliate & Influencer Activation

  • Automate outreach to onboard 20+ new influencers/affiliates per quarter, with ≥50% producing content or sales within 30 days.
  • Drive affiliates to contribute ≥10% of DTC revenue within 12 months, with transparent performance reporting.
  • Launch AI-automated CC campaigns, with quarterly improvements in ROI and conversions.

Email & Post-Purchase Lifecycle

  • Deploy AI-personalized email/SMS flows within 45 days, achieving:
  • ≥25% open rates
  • ≥10% CTR
  • 5% uplift in repeat purchase rate within 6 months
  • Maintain weekly AI-driven A/B testing insights shared with the marketing team.

Cross-Channel Credibility Lift

  • Demonstrate indirect impact on Amazon via higher branded search volume and external traffic lift generated by social, content, and affiliates.
  • Document AI-driven workflows that cut execution time by ≥50% compared to industry benchmarks.
