Role Summary

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Amazon PPC Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon paid search advertising performance. In this role, you’ll build, optimize, and scale high-performance ad structures using advanced keyword clustering, competitive intelligence, and conversion data to drive both sales and rank across multiple ASINs.

You should be data-obsessed, highly analytical, and performance-driven — someone who thrives on interpreting trends, spotting opportunities in numbers, and turning insights into action. You’ll collaborate closely with SEO, Creative, and Product teams to ensure campaigns drive both short-term results and long-term growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute our Amazon PPC strategy across all campaign types and ad formats (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Build full-funnel campaign structures using Keyword Stem Clustering (KSC) and match-type segmentation.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns toward ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and keyword ranking benchmarks.
  • Apply negative targeting and budget routing to prevent keyword cannibalization and improve efficiency.
  • Execute and manage rank-to-coast campaigns, driving top-of-search visibility followed by organic sustain.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Data Dive, Brand Analytics, and Search Query Performance.
  • Analyze competitor activity and pursue conquesting strategies to gain market share.
  • Work cross-functionally with SEO, Creative, and Operations teams to align campaigns with listing quality, pricing, and inventory status.
  • Monitor and maintain clear weekly PPC performance dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Stay current on Amazon Ads trends, new beta features, and algorithm shifts that impact ranking and performance.
